These terms apply to the optional one-time purchase ("the pass") made on Gumroad that lifts the daily question limit on ouijaboard.us for thirty days. By completing the purchase you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.

Entertainment only

The site at ouijaboard.us is a work of entertainment and atmosphere. The board does not communicate with the dead, predict the future, diagnose illness, or provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or spiritual advice. All responses are generated by a large language model and are produced for amusement. Do not rely on anything the board says for any real-life decision.

Adult content

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase the pass. By completing the purchase you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18 do not purchase.

What you receive

A unique license key, delivered to you by Gumroad on the receipt page and by email. Pasting that key on ouijaboard.us lifts the daily question limit to a higher cap for 30 days from the moment you activate it on the site. The key is not transferable or for resale. No physical goods are delivered.

Payments and refunds

Gumroad is the merchant of record for the purchase. Gumroad collects payment, handles taxes where applicable, and provides its own terms and refund policy that you accept at checkout. You can request a refund through Gumroad for a genuine technical issue with the key (for example, a valid key that cannot be activated on the site). Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases past activation, or for not enjoying the entertainment.

No warranty, no liability

The site and the pass are provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The service may be interrupted, paused, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of ouijaboard.us is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, the pass, or anything the board says.

Your data

Your question text, the board's response, and a country code derived from your network request are stored to operate and improve the service. No name, email, or payment details are stored on ouijaboard.us — those are handled by Gumroad. The license key you activate is stored server-side so the pass can be validated.
